Balanced nutrition is necessary to keep the body running efficiently, this means if your body is able to function correctly your body will have the ability to ward off free radicals (those items that cause havoc in your cells due to processed foods and environmental hazards such as smoke, chemicals, etc).
Whole foods, preferably organic plant based and vegan (wfpb) is, in our opinion the safest and fastest way to get your health back, which would include a side effect of weight loss. Being mindful and staying away from processed foods is imperative when utilizing this lifestyle approach.
When you only consume nutritional food your body will use those nutrients to repair itself.
