Meditation – The Gateway to your Soul – The way to Peace

Meditation is the only way to find the peace of God inside of you, the pure consciousness (not unconsciousness) of man.

Incorporate meditation into your daily routine, put aside 15- 30 or 60 minutes in a quiet place. 

One of the main components to attribute to healing naturally and preventing illness is your mind and the thoughts you create. 

If your mind is not in a good place and your thoughts are negative and unaware you will be in a constant cycle of unnecessary worry, be present, meditate to break the cycle which causes struggle.

In-School Locations, studies have shown, those schools which incorporated meditation have experienced a decrease in bad behavior, the kids actually excelled in their studies and social situations.
