Fast Metabolism Diet Phase 3

Snack Ideas

  • Chocolate Milk – Shake (Healthy Fat)

    1 cup cold unsweetened organic Almond Milk
    3 drops stevia
    1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
    Blend Well (add chopped ice to thicken or make cold).  Add any Phase3 approved Vegetable

  • Chocolate Covered Walnuts (Healthy Fat)

    1/4 cup Raw unsalted walnuts
    1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
    3 Tbsp Water
    2-3 drops stevia or 1 tsp xyletol from birch
    Mix Cacao, Water & Stevia in pot, heat & blend.  Pour over chopped walnuts (on parchment paper), refrigerate for a few hours until set.
